Privacy Notice

Learn how ORBIT handles your information during registration, shopping, and payment.

Account information

When you register, we store your email, display name, and a salted password hash, not your plain-text password. Gmail and other valid email addresses are accepted. No email verification code is required; the email serves as your sign-in identifier and does not establish verified ownership of that address.

Order and payment information

We store order numbers, order dates, items, quantities, amounts, delivery emails, and payment currencies, networks, and statuses for order lookup, payment checks, delivery, and support. Enter the delivery email accurately to avoid sending product details to someone else.

Sign-in status and shopping bag

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and identify guest orders. Sign-in sessions last up to 30 days. Your shopping bag is stored in the current browser and does not automatically sync to other devices. You can sign out or clear the site's browser data. After clearing data, guest orders not linked to an account may no longer be accessible from that browser.

Linking orders to accounts

After signing in, you can view the same account's orders across devices. When you register or sign in, guest orders held by the current browser are linked to your account. Other people's orders are not linked merely because an email address matches.

Trial applications and security records

For API trial applications, we store the applicant's email, submission time, processing status, and a hashed request-origin identifier. Registration, sign-in, and application endpoints also use hashed origin or email records to limit frequent requests and help protect the service. The hosting service may log requests, errors, and other operational information.

Third-party services

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Necessary information such as the order identifier, amount, and currency is sent to the payment provider. Payment services, blockchain networks, and external websites you choose to visit handle information under their own rules. Blockchain transaction records are generally public and irreversible.

Data storage and management

Account, order, and trial application records are stored on the server for sign-in, lookup, and follow-up processing. No uniform automatic deletion period is currently set. Signing out or clearing your local bag does not delete server records. To check, correct, or request deletion of information, explain your request through the store contact channel used for your purchase and provide the necessary order or account details for verification.

Protecting your information

Keep your password, order number, and delivery details secure. Do not send passwords or account credentials to unrelated parties. Sign out after using a shared device. When submitting screenshots for support, hide personal information unrelated to the issue.
