Price and subscription period

Price: USD 189.00/year, for a 12-month subscription. This is the full annual price, not a monthly charge. The subscription period and the account support period below are calculated separately.

How usage limits work

Paid Grok plans use a shared weekly allowance. Different tasks consume different amounts; video generation and longer coding tasks usually use more than ordinary chat. An annual subscription is not unlimited and does not provide the entire year's allowance at once.

Check Usage in Grok settings for consumption and reset times. Extra usage outside your plan may incur charges; purchasing it is your choice. See Grok's official help.

Subscription details and preparation

We arrange the annual SuperGrok subscription for your existing Grok account, so you can keep using it.

Check the plan name, price, and 12-month subscription period.
Make sure you can sign in to your existing account. If already subscribed, note the plan and expiry date and confirm whether renewal or upgrade is supported.
Make sure you need a Grok subscription. X memberships and Grok plans have different purchase and management arrangements.

How to set up your subscription

Confirm the product and price, add it to your bag, and check out.
Pay using the currency, network, and amount shown on the payment page. Save your order number and payment receipt.
Open Orders to check payment status. Once payment is received, follow the instructions in your order to complete subscription setup. If you cannot find the instructions, contact support with your order number.
Sign in to Grok and check the plan, status, and expiry under Billing in settings. Check your allowance under Usage.

Check sign-in and activation

Use the same account and original sign-in method on both the web and mobile. If you use Apple, Google, or X, switching sign-in methods may open a different account and make the subscription appear missing.

If sign-in fails, the plan is incorrect, or the subscription has not updated, check the account first. Save your order number and screenshots, then contact support. Avoid ordering twice.
